Nilesh Kajave is the Founder-Director of M&K Industries, and he holds a B.E. degree in Production Engineering from KIT, Kolhapur. With over two decades of experience, Nilesh has become an expert in site and shop fabrication of heavy fabrication equipment, process equipment, and structural fabrication work. He has been a key contributor in the development of numerous critical projects related to fabrication and blasting painting, many of which were first of their kind. At M&K Industries, Nilesh is responsible for overseeing the Production, Quality Assurance and Business Development departments, ensuring that the company delivers top-quality products at Competitive Cost.
Mr. Gorakh Mali, Founder Director
Gorakh Mali is a highly experienced Founder Director of M&K Industries, known for his exceptional skills in fabrication, marketing, and business development. With a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Kolhapur, he began his career at L&T Group, followed by various roles at Thermax Limited in Product Development and Quality Assurance. Over the course of his 20-year career, Gorakh has gained extensive knowledge in these areas and is now responsible for overseeing Business Development, Customer Support, and Finance departments at M&K Industries. His industry involvement extends beyond his company, as he also serves as a Director at Kagal Hatkanangale Manufacturing Association..
